Greystone Farm at Salem Associate Receives Benchmark “Beacon Award” Salem, New Hampshire – (August 7, 2006) – Benchmark Assisted Living announced today that Vickie LaVoie, lead resident care director for Salem’s senior living community Greystone Farm at Salem, has been honored with the company’s top “Beacon” award. LaVoie was nominated by residents and fellow staff members and chosen by Benchmark’s Senior Leadership Team for exemplifying leadership and personalizing service. Benchmark Assisted Living is the largest assisted living provider in the Northeast and owner and operator of Greystone Farm at Salem. “Vickie is absolutely the best of the best,” said Tom Grape, chairman and CEO of Benchmark Assisted Living. “She is caring and creative – always thinking of new ways to improve the lives of her residents and improve the ways we provide service at our communities. It is an honor to have her represent our entire company.” LaVoie joined Greystone Farm at Salem in 2002 as the resident care nurse.
