BENCHMARK ASSISTED LIVING ANNOUNCES NEW NAMES FOR RHODE ISLAND COMMUNITIES Wellesley, MA – (March 16, 2006) Benchmark Assisted Living announced today that it has changed the name of two of its Rhode Island communities. The Village at Elmhurst will now be known as Capitol Ridge at Providence and The Village at Hillsgrove will be known as Greenwich Farms at Warwick. Benchmark purchased these communities in December 2004. “These name changes reflect the high quality of service and care offered in our communities,” said Thomas H. Grape, Benchmark chairman, CEO and president. “Benchmark communities are leaders in Rhode Island assisted living. Residents, families and employees will feel no other changes beyond the new name.
