Take Route 37 East (Exit 14).
Take the first exit for Post Road South.
As you proceed onto Post Road, get in the left lane.
Take a left at the light onto Lincoln Avenue.
Follow it to the stop sign and turn left onto Wyoming Avenue.
Follow it around the bend and you will be on Minnesota Avenue.
Greenwich Farms will be on the left.
