Route 15 (Merritt/Wilbur Cross Parkway):
Take Merritt Parkway north to exit 61 or south to exit 62. Turn right at end of exit and proceed through downtown. At third traffic light take left onto School Street. Continue through traffic light (intersection of Evergreen Road and Hamden Hills Drive) onto Hamden Hills Drive. Maple Woods at Hamden is 1/4 mile on the right side.
I-91 Northbound or Southbound:
Exit 10 (Route 40 Hamden). Follow connector to first exit (State Street / Dixwell Avenue). Turn left at end of exit, proceed to next light and turn left. Turn right at next light, onto Dixwell Avenue. Continue on Dixwell to intersection of Dixwell and Whitney Avenue. Turn right onto Whitney and at your first light, turn left onto School Street. Continue through traffic light (intersection of Evergreen Road and Hamden Hills Drive) onto Hamden Hills Drive. Maple Woods at Hamden is 1/4 mile on the right side.
