Doing the Right Thing : The One Company Fund

In early 2008, Benchmark proudly announced the institution of the One Company Fund. The Fund is a separate entity from Benchmark Senior Living, with a vision to create an employee-supported organization that does the right thing by taking care of each other. The Fund’s purpose is to create a resource that cares for our associates during times of extreme need. Its values are all about CARE:

C Community. We are one.

A Authenticity. We are real.

R Resources. We are helpful.

E Empathy. We are personal.

Community activities and contests, companywide sponsored events, and individual donations keep the fund alive and are the prime fundraisers for this worthy cause. So far, hundreds of thousands of dollars have been raised and dozens of grants have been awarded to Benchmark associates and their families.
